At PadelPal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a fair return and refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used products

Products damaged due to misuse

Items not in their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, used grips or opened padel balls cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Photos of the damaged product

A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer either:

A replacement, or

A full refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product:

Arrived damaged, or

Is defective.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as PadelPal cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
